We enjoyed our stay very much. This is an old hotel but very clean & updated as much as possible to keep it charming. We ate at both the dining room & the Red Fox tavern. Both were excellent. The staff was very pleasant & helpful. We highly recommend it & would stay there again. It was close to all of the attractions in the area. High on our list was the Natural Bridge state park. Don't miss it.

We stayed at the Natural Bridge Inn last night and it was a wonderful experience. Based on some of the reviews I read, I had some concerns but they were completely unfounded. We are really big into history and the area, so it was great to wander around and see all of the artifacts and articles on the hotel as well as Natural Bridge. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. We had beverages and appetizers at the Red Fox tavern and Chris is awesome! She was a lot of fun to hang out with and we had several good laughs! I would recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be back!

Make no mistake that this is an older hotel. It's history and location to the park is what attracted us. Take the time to read the framed news articles about the age of this historic hotel, the fire that destroyed much of it in 1963, and its grand reopening in 1964. We had dinner at the Red Fox (on site) and breakfast buffet in the dining room the next morning. The food was absolutely delicious! Madelyn checked us in. She was kind and professional. Cris took care of us at the Red Fox. We arrived at 9:35 (they close at 10pm) and she welcomed us and took our order for dinner. We didn't feel rushed at all. Shaun kept our coffee piping hot at breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed. Make sure to have some scones! The room was clean and comfortable. There is a walkway from the hotel that goes under the highway to the state park where you can walk/hike to see the natural bridge. Dogs are welcome (we had ours with us). We are so glad to have stayed here and to have seen the bridge and waterfall.

I typically dont leave neg reviews but this one needs to be said. So, the picture on the main google page is the Wyndham. The main website is more accurate. There's no elevator so if you are in the need of one for ADA reasons, that would be a no. For people with allergies, the rooms are super dusty. I had to step outside at 3am to breathe. Fan/heating unit sounds like a cat scratching in its box all night. Door to the bathroom doesn't stay shut and the bathroom itself is disgusting. Beds do not look like the website at all. Fridge doesn't work so my insulin was ruined. On top of everything we ate at the restaurant and got food poisoning. If you're looking for a remote area and a hot and a cot, this would suffice. If you are thinking historical means the outside and the rooms would be renovated, or at least comfortable, then don't waste 119 plus taxes and holding fees.

Yes. Beautiful walk and trails along the water. Close to zoo and caverns. Dinosaurs too.

Yes. My dog loved the trail, but she wanted to jump in the water that ran along side it. We refrained and followed the leash rules. It was a day trip for us, so the hotel not being pet friendly was no problem.
Not sure if you mean the park or the hotel. The hotel definitely is and the park I think can be accessed also.
They normally have a buffet Thanksgiving dinner.
No sorry, best way is to speak with the front desk staff. 540-291-2121. Thank you,
To see the natural bridge I think it would still be the standard $8/person. You dont have to make a reservation to see the bridge. If you want to stay at the hotel, I highly encourage you to make a reservation.
