My Mom has been a patient here for several years. They treat you with utmost respect, guide you with insurances and Dr Gupta really listens to her patients. There is hardly any waiting time, very efficient, most of the time we are roomed in before even we get a chance to seat ourselves. They keep their employees with dignity and have courteous employees. Love it and highly recommend.

I’m never going back. I wish they knew how to accommodate their patients. I’ve had multiple phone appointments about prescription refills with Dr Gupta in which she literally asks me how I’m doing each time and reviews the medication I need. The calls last 1-2 minutes, if that, and then I’m charged $30. Completely ridiculous. Especially when I’m current on my yearly exam and have been on the medications. Edit- why are you following insurance companies orders? Last time I checked, you’re the doctor, not them.

If there us an option for zero stars...that's what my rating would be. I'm mad I didn't read the reviews before calling them. Im suffering from an injury that has been in place since July 2021. Literally confined to my bed for periods of time. I have boldgeing disc and a degenerative disc in my neck. They never answer the phone and never call you back until the next day. I recently went back work and they called while I was working. I asked her if she could call me after a certain time and she no but you can call back. Your rude for even saying that. Period. Everytime I call in I have to leave a voice-mail. Secondly all she wants is for me to do a pap and to talk about my mam. Which I get. It's still important. But im more worried about my injury and she is just more worried about scheduling a visit to have a talk that will cost me 20 buck in person when she can just call. What about my injury?!!!! Can I get some help with that. All she did was write it in her chart. They do not care about my condition. She will not and has not referred me to any specialist. I've never felt so alone during my injury than I do now. I'm completely terrified of it with no direction. As a doctor you should be ashamed. Proud to say I found a new physician as of yesterday and they told me I'm not first to complain about this office. Privately owned or not. Do better.

Are used to refer people to Dr. Gupta, but not anymore. I’ve been going to her for four years now at first she was great she made me feel like she was concerned. Since Covid hit I have not seen her she want to do my yearly physical over the, I don’t know how you can do that. Instead of taking the time to talk to me she refers to me to everybody else. Now their voicemail states to send them an email, I have the reply or contact you 24 to 48 hours right. They replied we will call you with the results, she has no results I haven’t seen her and then they tell me to go to the ER. It’s not a life-threatening issue she is my primary I was calling for info and speak with my primary and instead I get an email responding “ It’s best to not engage in this so stop now” what kind of doctors office says that to their patient. If it wasn’t for their patients they wouldn’t have an income or co-pays or insurance pays their bills. I will never refer East Valley practice again.
