A waste of time and sick leave. I was shown into an exam room where I waited for 50 minutes without ANYONE checking on me, explaining the delay, etc. I finally left as I needed to get back to work. I have not received a follow-up call wondering what happened - no concern at all. I would never recommend Banner Health Center to anyone.

the appointment line staff are horrible. They are absolutly worst. I scheduled appointment for my routin check up for myself, my son, my daughter and my husband, three months beforhand. Then I had to switch my son and my daughters day because my son's availabilty changed and they cancelled all my appointments, then they said that the system cancelled it because the particular doctor that i wanted to see was on vacation. I asked the question of why would you even make apointment for people in the first place, if the doctor is not available. Plus, I recieved a text that said I needed to get ready for my visit. I think they are sick and racist.

We just had a great experience with Dr Lea! My adult daughter has a disability and has been so nervous about this appointment, and even more so with a new doctor. Dr Lea was very kind and patient. My daughter was so relieved and so was I. Thank you!

I have no issue with the location but with a specific doctor. I saw dr. Patrick Martinez for a few minutes and he recommended I get a blood test and X-ray. I got both done at the location and left happily. Once the blood results came I had a 2 questions about something odd on the blood results. I called wanting to speak to dr. Martinez. I was put through to the MA who said tests came back normal. The MA was not allowed to answer my specific questions so I asked to speak to dr. Martinez. The MA told me that dr. Martinez stated that I would need to schedule another appointment to answer my question (would take him maybe 5 minutes). I told him that’s ridiculous being that I paid him to see me in person for only a few minutes and he couldn’t even talked to me about the results for 5 minutes or less. I told him to let the doctor know I won’t take no for an answer and I’ll be expecting his call and he said he would let him know. I never got that call. I was only contacted by corporate after leaving a bad review. I now found a new non banner doctor who is AMAZING and when I showed him test results and he answered my questions with ease and actually saw something abnormal with the test that dr. Martinez did not mention. This is my first review I’ve ever written. But I just felt I had to let others know so they don’t have the same experience I had. Finding a doctor who actually cares is tough.

I would advise to call and make an appointment first. Its not an urgent care. If you are an established patient there are situations whee you can get in immediately. Great service excellent dr.s. i have all healthcare connected thru banner. Patient portal ls awesome for getting current info on your healthcare at your fingertips
