Very upset with their service. We were referred there by our local doctor, we met with the doctor and he sent chemo treatment instructions to our local doctor, we have since had little of no contact with them. They don't return phone calls. Nor check on our progress. They don't keep in contact with our doctor, they haven't responded to lab tests sent to them, they have just dropped the ball and now we feel we have to scramble for another cancer doctor.

I am rating this cancer center a 4 instead of a 5 because of their billing and scheduling departments!! No. 1 - Absolutely very poor on communication of rescheduling appointments which is a huge issue when you schedule time off from work and make other arrangements to be told you can’t be seen!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! No. 2 - billing is completely confusing and when you’re dealing with Cancer, you DO NOT have the mental capacity to try to get them to figure things out correctly. The care I’ve received however is top notch absolutely. LOVE my Dr. Mmeje and all his staff ❤️

Never much of a wait. Might have been 15 min. One day and I've been going for months now.

no
They don't list it on there website. There are several different departments. My suggestion is to call the department you need and ask.
As much as I love this place, I see both sides! 1) I have talked to people on the board and they are trying to please many people at the same time. 2) If a Chemo patient isnt able to eat anything...then something packed full of nuts is only going to make them sicker...the clinic isn't well educated/diversified in catering healthy sick people foods yet. 3)Some patients are eating healthier there then they do at home. You dont know each situation 4) There is such a thing as DNA & Genetics that can take over no matter how healthy you eat. Its because our bodies store emotions & memories. 5) We ALL opperate out of FEAR or LOVE...I CHOOSE LOVE TO BUILD MY IMMUNE SYSTEM...WHAT DO YOU CHOOSE??
Yes they use Higley Banner! When you go there you tell them you are under treatment at MDA
Sorry I dont
Yes. I am being treated there for the second time for stage IV triple negative breast cancer. This time around I have received chemotherapy and immunotherapy and have had positive results . My oncologist specializes in breast. Dr Santosh Rao.
Hi James, thank you for your question. To search for a new specialty physician, please feel free to talk with a Banner Health representative, toll-free at 1-800-230-CARE (2273) or from the Phoenix metro area, 602-230-CARE (2273). You can also search online at doctors.bannerhealth.com .

I think you would need to call intake and ask them to help you with the transfer :)
Yes, we do have doctors that specializes in that Hemotology I believe. So, yes. Hope that helps. Best Regards

They supply you with wifi. You just have to be sure you connect when you get there. Its Bannerguest I believe.
I know someone who is still feeling the effects of radiation after two years. I still get tired mostly in the afternoon. Mine was on the left side too. Everyone is different though. The way my radiation went it was supposed to not hit my heart or lungs. So I know of no damage at this time.
