Highly recommend Taylor! I came in early in the year with a list of concerns that I had been putting off bcz I had a slight phobia of doctors offices. She was kind and compassionate as we walked through them which also included setting me up for a mammogram due to finding a lump. As this turned into a breast cancer diagnosis for me, she was ready with a referral to an amazing breast surgeon that in turn set me up with an amazing surgical and oncology team to treat my breast cancer. Taylor stayed in touch as I moved into treatment and made sure to check in on my mental health as well. I really appreciate her approach, her kindness and compassion, and her overall ability to just connect with me as a human being during a significant health diagnosis. I will go nowhere else and will recommend her to everyone. Thank you, Taylor! I also appreciate One Medical’s app which provides me the ability to schedule and to communicate via the app. I can also review my visit summaries as well as test results etc. I’ve had a lot of things to keep track of this year and the ability to review them makes things much easier.

Such a clean and beautiful office! Took my mom here for her first appointment and the staff was so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend One Medical to anyone seeking a new PCP. Totally worth the “membership”!

wouldn’t reccomend this office if you want your hippa rights protected, they violated mine once and I left their office, a year later and I haven’t been back and they violated my rights again by giving my medical record to a family member who I specifically asked not get info on me (im 20 years old it’s my right), if I could give no stars I would Im appalled with the actions this office has taken, as well as the constant worry and misdiagnosis’s they had given me, not diagnosing a torn ligament with adequate X-rays for over 9 months and they finally admitted it after I went in complaining I was still in pain and limping, i went in for medical treatment when I was sick and they started talking about cancer which can be scary for anyone (it was not even close to cancer) but it took going to another doctor to stop the cancer talk and actually start figuring out what’s wrong with me. This office caused me to lose all my trust in doctors I’m finally just now starting to get it back. DO NOT GO HERE!

My provider told me that he, "couldn't inject me with youth," when I went in for chronic pain at 50 years old. I have high thyroid antibodies that are most likely causing me to feel far older than I am but that wasn't bothered to be checked. The next (woman) provider was much more thorough and did send me to some specialists but I never got any real answers. Those words, "I can't inject you with youth," have stuck with me and helped to solidify my decision to cancel my membership after a year. Unfortunately, the care I got at One Medical was no different and just as disappointing as the care I get without a $199 membership.
