Plan to go to this store when they are not on lunch. I came to the store recently to pick up and in store pick i made online. When i arrived at the store ALL of the doors were closed and there was a note posted that simply said “Lunch.” I understand we are in a pandemic and operating hours have been adjusted to slow the spread of the virus but the website states that the store is open from 11am-7pm, no where in that suggest that they will be taking a lunch and closing the store from 2-3pm in the middle of the week. They should have more courtesy to customers’ time and display that the store hours with regard to closing for lunch daily while already operating on limited hours due to the pandemic. Fortunately for them i previously ordered the product because ALL of the other jewelry stores in the mall do not close for lunch in the middle of the day.

If you buy anything at Kays - ANY Kays Jewelers - it needs to be cash. Their credit card is handled GENESIS FINANCIAL. I recently tried to purchase a $650 bracelet to my card, and was declined by Genesis! I have PERFECT credit, have never gone over my credit limit, AND HAD PAID OFF MY $4,000 BALANCE A WEEK PREVIOUSLY. THE PAYMENT HAD BEEN OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND IN THE HANDS OF GENESIS FOR OVER A WEEK, AND GENESIS HAD PLACED A 21 DAY FREEZE ON MY KAYS ACCOUNT. As I have said, don't shop at Kays unless you are paying cash. Steven Jones

Pretty unimpressed with this place. The saleswoman did a good job of suckering my wife into picking out a ring that was $600 over my budget. I caved since I can't be the bad guy that tells his wife no to a wedding ring, maybe my bust there. Anyways, I found out today that the financing isn't like your typical financing. You have a credit card. Now I promptly shredded it as I have no intention of having more than one but where it bothers me is that I was assured that this is just financing and NOT a card (because I expressed my desire to not have more than one). After telling me it wasn't a card I signed the paperwork. When I went to start payments on the ring I found out that they didn't actually give me the account number I needed. They said it would be mailed to me when I called. After a few days I called again and I found out they had sent it to the wrong address (not even close to mine). Luckily, I got it a couple days before my payment was due. Now, the setup process. It is by far the worst payment setup I've ever experienced. You can't use your credit card (I wanted to get $2600 worth of miles over the next year) because it only draws directly from bank accounts. I would avoid this company. They have non-customer friendly policies and seem to but out to siphon ever dollar they can from you. I will never shop with them again.
