The staff weren’t very friendly and told me my results would be sent within the hour. Almost 3 hours later I still have not received anything and had to file a missing results report. I’ve been waiting outside my job because they require a negative test for me to return thinking they would have been sent hours ago and still nothing. So far you have shown me a great amount of Unprofessionalism and I’m not sure if I would use your services again or recommend this location to any friends or family.

Scheduled an appointment but we immediately realized we needed to change the test from antibody to antigen. Strangely, there is way to do this on the website. We did not receive an order confirmation e-mail either... The website says "go to help center to cancel" but there is no link to a help center. Why is that? Usually websites link the words "help center" so you can go straight there.I searched the website and there is no help center link...weird. I called their number. I was answered by a bot - it said "how can I help you today" I said "cancel appointment" and the bot said "was I able to help you with everything" I said "no" and she said thanks for your business or something and hung up. I called back and tried again. I said cancel and she said thank you and hung up. I called AGAIN and said cancel appointment and she answered with thank you did I answer your questions again. When I said no she hung up. So the bot does not actually listen to what you're saying and no matter what you say, she hangs up on you. There is no way to talk to a person - that option is not given by the bot and typing zero on the keypad does nothing. So after searching the website and called I still have no way to cancel your appointment. I will try e-mailing but I have a bad feeling.. I would recommend you try calling the number yourself before spending money to see what I mean about the bot not responding correctly to what you say and there being no representative. Try saying "cancel" or "cancel appointment" or "reschedule" etc and see where you get. If this is not a scam, the owner of the business should reply with a valid phone number to call, or a link where I can cancel my appointment and get refunded. I will then follow up with a review after I receive a response to let you all know if the owner could actually solve the issue or not Update: I e-mailed them on 1/2 - the same day the appointment was made to request a cancellation. A week later now 1/8 and no response. Not legit.

Update: I received my results at 3:30 AM the day of travel and have upgraded my review to two stars based off this but still there was a lot of unneeded stress due to the late results. Testing with the COVID clinic has turned into an absolute nightmare and this is my first one star review for any service. My wife and I paid for expedited PCR testing so that we could get our results back in time for a flight and still be within the 72hr window required before flying back Japan where we reside. We paid our $150 a piece testing fees and showed up as indicated. Testing was smooth and I was assured I would get our results the next day so that we could make our testing requirement. This turned out to only be partially true as we got my wife's back the next day but mine was missing. Moving to the next day I called the phone number listed and after having to place many calls due to a busy line and a 37 minute wait I got through to a representative who indicted there was some issue with the lab not sending the results, they would work to get them for me that day, and would call me when they were being sent. After four hours of constant email checking and no results I called back where I waited on hold for over an hour before it was the end of the work day and the line auto-hungup. As of 9:15 PM the night before my flight I still do not have results and am stressed out about trying to get a rapid test in time for my flight tomorrow morning. I understand that right now is busy with the omicron spike but this is unsatisfactory as it was not a free test at all and was false advertising especially for travellers who rely on getting their test back on time to make there flights.

This was my first time taking a COVID-test and was a little nervous. The check in was made easy and the test was even easier. No problems with this testing center, everything was very great! I received the rapid test and was told I’d receive the results in 60 minutes but I believe it wasn’t even 30 minutes when I received them, could not ask for anything better.

Yes you can.. drove to the site without app and they were able to help me.. they charge 175 for fast results
