Booked a couples package champagne and roses for my boyfriends birthday. Drove all the way from LA (1 hour) just to be told that because I was 12 minutes late (LA traffic, couldn't be helped)I would only get 5 minutes of the bath aspect. Most places have a 15 minute grace period, I was never informed by staff that if I was late it would cut into the appointment. They texted me the night before to remind me of the appointment so if it was so important it should have been in the text. I decided not to get the service because I will not pay full price for half services. Management did nothing to try to rectify the situation. Left more stressed. Also the place is much older and run down then photos show. For the price the champagne and roses bath was very unappealing. Just a couple of roses and not even bubbles, could have done that at home.

This was such a wonderful experience from the phone call to schedule my spa day to the very end, the team is so professional and kind. You get the full spa experience, lovely outdoor areas to wait for your services and then relaxation rooms to allow you to continue enjoying yourself after your massage. The attention to detail really provides a carefree and truly relaxing experience. This place brought me back from a very difficult work trip and with every penny. I will definitely be back.

Amazing service. I wish it was more affordable but such is life. The soaks are great and I love the facilities. Mimi is an excellent massage therapist.

Totally remodeled and uplifting atmosphere! Booked a body treatment for my mother and she absolutely loved it. Will definitely come here again :)
