Just went in the two workers both looked over when me and my husband went in and said nothing. But in walks the next costumer and they greet them normally. One of the ladies started "cleaning" near where we were looking and still said nothing to us. Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend coming here, the hallmark is lakewood has way better customer service!

I’m a customer going back to when the store was owned by the Arico family. Although it is not quite the same, I am still very glad this Hallmark has not gone corporate owned. This allows for a more unique selection of merchandise. The cards can be in disarray but this is due to people not placing cards back in the slots they pulled them from which causes more work for the staff. They try to keep up but it’s a never ending self-perpetuating cycle. The staff is all very friendly and helpful, one just needs to be patient when the store becomes super busy during the holiday season.

Katy's Hallmark Shop is a very GORGEOUS store! When you walk inside...The Wonderland of the MOST BREATHTAKING Masterpieces takes your mind to a much better place! This is a MUST SEE Hallmark Store & the Staff is kind, helpful & EXTREMELY Welcoming! I could spend hours of enjoyment in there!!!
