It is very convenient because it's near my workplace Old Navy. Now it is better than it original was back then. It's style is just like the one in Manhattan Beach & the other one on the corner of Hawthorne Blvd & 182nd St. I love the paint job & the architecture. Also I am friends with a bank teller who I got to know best. 🤑🏦💳🏧💵💸

Only 1 teller during lunch time. Line was almost out the door. Meanwhile the manager and at least 4 other employees in cubicles, who were not helping customers, made no attempt to jump behind the counter and help the ONE teller working. I confronted the manager about it as she was telling people to go use the ATM and she said the people in cubes were licensed and not tellers. So what?! If there is a line out the door and only one teller on duty they should suck it up and be a team player for the sake of their customers. Terrible.

Excellent customer service quality! Service is always very fast and tellers are very professional addressing your needs. The branch manager often walks around greeting customers to see if she can assist them with anything. I been lucky to be there when its not very busy but the times that it has been the service moves quite fast as well. Very much enjoy coming to this branch and will continue to visit
