First off let me say that Stephanie from ESP is the greatest, she kept me updated on everything that was going on so I was not left behind. And the installers came on time and seemed very conscientious about what they were doing by checking inside to make sure that no screws or things were coming through the ceiling and there was no problems inside. When they were finished for the day they informed me when they would be back to finish up. They came on time and finish the work very quickly. When they left they made sure I understood what was coming next. Thank you ESP for being very professional in your job.

I just had Solar Panels installed by ESP (Energy Service Partners). I was very happy with the work that was done by ESP and their sub Contractors (Robert and Crew!!) The crew made sure that the panels were placed where they were needed for the best solar production and the connections for city "inspection approval" (yet to come!!😁). They talked to me about anything that needed to be changed in order to meet or better the arrangement of the panels or equipment. I can hardly wait to be fully up and running with my new Solar Panels. Thank You ESP for all your help and assistance throughout this ongoing process!!

Energy Service Partners was a pleasure to work with. They provided friendly knowledgeable professionals to assist with all my needs. Excellent customer service, from the sales process, all the way through to the after sales support. Our Simple Solar sales reps were so helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Installation quality was great and prompt. After sales support was understanding, helpful, and timely.

We are very satisfied with the entire Solar Installation Process. We love entertaining in our back yard and our concern was that the original engineering design showed the solar inverter box installed next to our main electrical panel which happens to be adjacent to our back yard patio slider. We didn’t want the inverter box in plain sight, so I asked that they reposition it to the side of the house. The project management and engineering team promptly addressed my concern and provided revised plans with the inverter moved. I worked from home the day of the installation. They had a crew working on the ground and a crew on the roof. They worked at a calm, steady pace and exuded a high level of confidence during all facets of the installation. I was impressed with the quality craftsmanship particularly with the conduit run from my main electrical panel to the inverter. They neatly installed the conduit along the roof eves keeping it out of plain sight wherever possible. Upon completion, I mentioned to the foreman that he did a great job and he said that he took great pride in his work and treats all installations as if it were his home.

Hi Karen, because you used PACE, all the payments should be reflected on your property tax. Please reach out to Vincent or your PACE provider Ygrene. Thank you!

My concern is that the ESP survey the property went inside the attic is this a procedure to install the solar panel also required to drill a hole this will leak when it rains please acknowledge early. Thank you.

Be aware, caution with this company please. I hv proof they used unlicensed staff, their contract is void. They were gonna take our house due to a time lapse on there part. But we won arbitration. But still hv panels not connected. They r bad people. (I hv legal proof)

On the installation procedure in the roof do you have to drill a hole in the roof? Please acknowledge early thank you. I am waiting.
