There's plenty of parking as long as you hit it on the way back down from the top. 2:00 pm on a Wednesday

Lazparking.com> go to reserve parking. Enter address and you should be able to pick the garage and day /event you need.

Can you drive in without taking a ticket if you use Passport App? Or is there no ticket to park when you enter?

I don't know anything about the Passport app, but I can tell you this: Usually you take a ticket, but under some circumstances you don't. Maybe the Passport app is one of those circumstances, I don't know.

This information is available on their website. Que Place is $75. I believe there are years long waiting lists for all garages, though.
