Great experience working with this company! They are top of the line! From my first conversation with their representative, Naldo, until my last, I felt that I was working with professionals who were compassionate and kind. All of my fears about my brother’s move from FL To AR were put to rest by this wonderfully caring person. Every step of the way I was kept informed. I was given the name of the medical professional who would be caring for my brother as well as the driver’s name. I was called frequently during the journey to be assured that my brother was doing well. When they arrived onsite, they remained in AR to ensure that my brother was taken care of; the medical professional even called me to reassure me that the new facility was taking care of him. Florida Medical Transport is more than just a company that transports people from one location to another. They are people who understand the fear and misgivings that family members feel when they have to turn over the care of their loved ones to someone else. They were blessing to my family! I’d recommend them to any and everyone in need of a company to transport the most precious things in their lives; their family.

I would not recommend AT ALL. I requested a quote and the representative that followed up started asking SO MANY questions that had nothing to do with quoting me a price. We couldn't even get through the quoting process because it raised so much concern that this person was literally investigating me. Very absurd. Too much hassle for a quote. No thanks!

These are some caring people. I needed my mom transported home from a SNF on Christmas Eve. Everyone in the non emergency transport business was closed for Christmas including this company. We called early in the morning and even though they were closed for the holiday they answered telling us they were closed but listened to our plea for help. This company came through for us and transported my mom home. Our prayers were answered. It’s a blessing to have caring people like this in our community.
