We ignored the bad reviews, wish we hadn't! My husband and I had the worst experience living here. As retirees and me not that healthy, thought apartment living could work for us until home prices went down. Our upstairs neighbors were young girls that were so disrespectful. One night the party went on until 5 in the morning! We complained several times, which in return made the situation worse. The office staff were tired of our complaints and finally told us, this is what you go through living in an apartment! We had so much anxiety living here. I didn't even mention the constant dog barking, crying and howling every time they left. We have finally found a quiet, comfortable place to live. The apartment maintenance manager Luis did a great job! Do yourself a favor and read the reviews and find another place! We could say the pools were about the best part of living here but not worth the amount of rent they charge. Please do not ask me to contact your office, we did and unfortunately they don't care!

Open parking is not a benefit.. there are many cars that never move … they pick prime spots in front of apartments and stay there - pool visitors park in front of apartments. Expired tags on cars are I prime locations. There are also many dogs - out here- that are in the “can’t have” list. I have to walk in another direction in an attempt to not have my dogs attacked again. On a good note. The maintenance staff are wonderful and courteous people who quickly provide assistance when needed
