Moved here back in June and I am not a fan of this complex. There's a serious roach problem. Prior to moving in, I was not able to see the apartment I'd be living in. There were many issues with my apartment. The appliances look old, especially the bathroom. The only nice-looking thing is the kitchen. There are several watermarks on my ceiling. I could go on and on with the problems my apartment has. The rent is too expensive and not worth it. Take your money elsewhere. I am so ready to move and I've only been here for 2 months!!!

Update: they still haven't fixed my a/c its been almost 2 months. I have to keep my apartment at 80 degrees. The maintenance worker said my ac unit freezes and shuts off because i don't put it at 75 degrees. When i try to do that it exacerbates the problens with it. Now because i got angry with them, the manager in the office... I handed my rent directly to them. They did not cash my check. Now they are trying to charge me a late fee. Saying i didn't pay. These people are crooks stay far far away! I've lived here 3 years. I thought with the 300$ hike in rent i would at least finally have my air fixed? Absolutely not. They just have maintenance come out and charge my unit 4 times in a row now. Now the maintenance worker is lying to me about how many times he's been here for my unit. Its 82 degrees in my 1545$ monthly appartment... With my 5 year old..... The pictures say it all! Horrible complex!

I just moved into my apartment and it is so nice. I definitely recommend calling to make maintenance requests to get them done quickly. The only negative I have is that parking is a major issue. There’s so few spots and then I park far away without very little light in the parking lot. But I would recommend. The office staff is very friendly too.

Like working here in the place is great
