I ordered a custom made frame for a poster i was told it will be done 2 weeks i came by the day after the promised date it wasn't done i was told it will be done in an hour i came back 3 hours later it wasn't done .i am upset with there customer service running a business like this is not good i probably will never come back to shop there .there are plenty of business around my neighborhood probably get a better service VERY DISAPPOINTED with HOBBY LOBBY as a company dont recommended this place. Sad customer
