You can certainly request a specific therapist. Of course scheduling will be based on their availability. We currently have only female therapists.
If you are going to be late we ask that you inform us as soon as you can and give us an estimated time of arrival. In most cases the session would still end at the scheduled time in order to not interfere with the next scheduled session. You will still be responsible for the full payment of the session. If you choose to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time there will be a $20 rebooking/cancellation fee due before your next session.
Yes! We clean and sanitize our treatment room after each client and again at the end of our workday. We change ALL the linen on our tables and wash them after each use. Our treatment room is also equipped with a HEPA Filter Air Purifier to meet COVID sanitization regulations. A deeper cleaning is done on a weekly basis.
You can wear whatever makes you comfortable. Loose clothing is recommended. You will be asked to undress to your comfort level and will be covered with a sheet the entire massage. You will never be fully exposed. When in session you can be fully nude or leave your undergarments on. If you choose to be partially clothed, please wear loose clothing and please no sport bras if you want any work done on your neck, shoulders, and/or back.
We do not accept walk-ins. We are by appointment only.
