Dr. Sterling is Awesome. Very thorough in the examinations. She explains the tests to me. She is extremely pleasant, providing feedback to my Drs., which is not necessary, yet, I ask her, as my eye issue is medically monitored. The staff, has always been welcoming, and with COVID, extra precautions have continued to be in place, without exception. I’ve been her patient since 2002.

So, as I am running late from my previous doctor's appointment I called them to tell them I'll be running about 20 minutes late. No one answers the phone instead it goes to a voicemail so I leave my message that if there is a problem to call me back. I arrived to find two young ladies working reception not busy at the time with no one else in the place and they say they have to check with the doctor and then tell me that no they won't be able to take me and will have to wait while they squeeze me in between other appointments. Could they not have picked up the phone or called me back in the meantime instead of me rushing to get there stressed out only to find out that I would have to wait? Not fair not nice I won't go back ever. Was not answering the phone part of their training?

Love Dr. Sterling. Most of the staff are nice. But harder that heck to get ahold of. Seems all of the staff is away from the phones! Have left messages but no return calls.

This is the most comfortable I have ever been at an optometrist. I highly recommend them. What a great experience.
