Look at this it has happened 3 times at one point I was double charged and then 2 more time and this is the email I received. Like I'm the bad guy? I highly suggest you be careful with you Banking Crenditials . And I was asked to stop calling Halis " Personal #" after she left me a voice-mail to call it? Hey Rochelle ! I’m not in the salon its my day off today! My senior manager will be giving you a call, your card was removed from my end and corporate also handled it ! I’m soooo confused as to why this is happening I’m so sorry !! I understand your frustration , but I would love for you to you stop threatening with reviews , we help you every time there’s an issue and I understand your frustration!! I’m trying my best here , and I think it’s best to terminate the whole account as to why we don’t know why this is happening and resign up!!! We will be issuing a refund again !! When you get a chance please call back my senior manager, so she can explain further details!! Once again I apologize , I’d be upset too and have a good rest of your day !!:)

Terrible customer service! I canceled my membership. They always have issues with the beds in the level you are currently in and want to charge to upgrade you because of something that is the buisnesses fault. I already pay enough to be at a higher level and the beds never seem to work . Plus i asked a blonde girl who works there her name when i had this problem, and she answered.. “ i dont have to give you my name “…😳REALLY! Hire some professionals!!

This place is gross. Other clients using garabage cans for a bathroom. The manager is so rude. Customer service is horriable. I would not recommend going here. Tan outside its cheaper
