Came to apply for an apartment the heavyset lady with the glasses upfront has zero customer service skills. New office staff definitely needed. We had to end up touring ourselves in 2 different apartments the smell of mold hits you instantly, the floors in both apartments had torn vinyl pretty much not viewing ready. When they say renovated I assume they mean they added a backsplash to the kitchen cause the appliances were not updated. These apartments are affordable however they do not maintain the apartments inside or property I rather pay slightly more for a well maintained apartment all in all from what I saw I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here until an huge overhaul is done. You can change the name to a complex as much as you want that doesn’t change the poor quality of the apartments and the very rude staff. READ THE REVIEWS IF YOU BELIEVE IM EXAGGERATING. DONT SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED !

This complex is such a let down. The maintenance takes forever to get to issues and the office staff’s communication is extremely poor. I wish I had listened to others and went somewhere else. Our apartment has mold and water damage. Rain is literally coming in through the windows and they have yet to respond to my maintenance request.
