We are having problems paying rent online. The site has locked us out because of error problems. Rent is due today and I'm afraid they will charge us the $100 late fee if we don't pay it today. What should I do??

Go to the office or call regarding the situation so they know at least attempts were made so they can waive a late fee, should there be any.
