Area rug came back "crunchy....so sent it back and waited another week...came back crunchy. This was an expensive rug and had the cleaning instructions on the back or at least what the fibers were in the carpet. The first time it came back they said it was oversaturated with cleaning fluid. The second time it came back the guy said oh these kinds of rugs with this fiber doesn't clean up very good. Well if they knew it didn't clean up very good. Why did they take it or at least tell me? Charged me $240 for an 8x10 rug that looks worse now than it did when it left here. Very disappointed

We were able to drop a pet stained rug off on Saturday and pick it up the following week clean. Excellent service.

Not sure but will be kinda pricey. Use this - 30% OFF ALL RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICES. COUPON. Just tell them when you make your appointment, they will take it off.
