I have been trying to get my AC fixed for a while. The Kissimmee shop replaced the compressor and all the surrounding parts, after 2 visits there came to this location. There was TONS of confusion over when it would be taken in despite having an appointment for 9am and dropping it the night before. Also unclear when it would be ready for pickup, after they told me it would not be ready (that day) I swung by to get something out of the car and it was magically ready for pickup.. but since I didn't know I didn't have a ride to get it. They said they were replacing the compressor because it was defective, when I picked it up it was the condenser they'd replaced. This has been a few weeks back and the air is STILL NOT COLD so I don't even know where to take it for the 4th visit.

So I brought my old Honda here last week to have the alternator belt replaced. My initial experience wasn’t back, service was fast and I thought the job was done right. On my way home I noticed some belt squeal, and hoped it would go away as the belt stretched some. Fast forward to today I’m still getting belt squeal on starting and stopping. I took the car back and was told by Danny that I’d need to wait all day for my belt to be properly tensioned. It’s literally loosen a bolt and push the alt back and tighten the bolt…may take 10 minutes. This is unacceptable but it’s nothing they’re making money off of now, so why am I surprised. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else, if a simple job like a belt isn’t done right you’ll spend all day waiting on them to fix their errors

I schedule an appointment online. 6 hours later... no confirmation. So I call. I make appointment for 9am. Upon dropping off car for oil change / filter, as well as tire rotation and balance... I asked how long? Told “couple hours”. 4.5 hours later, I call. After 25+ minutes on phone, the conclusion is: the hadn’t started the work. So a “couple hours” means what ?! Danny has nothing but excuses... apparently my call was cutting into his lunch, so customer service was NOT on his mind. I have used them before. But wasting 5 hours of my day, then such displeasure dealing w Danny.... I just do not see myself going back to this place. 💯🎯😬

Hi I do my oil change at Mobil is quick and easy. You can fine coupon online 10 $ off depend type of oil 45 to 65 or 75$ wat year is your 🚗 may be need sintetic oil check the book recommendation from factory
