We've been getting our glasses from these store for over a decade. Not the upmost service, but fair prices. The last service, the person who entered my glasses order, added the wrong transition to my glasses, but charged for the correct level. When they came in I noticed they did not get as dark. When I brought it to their attention, they put the glasses in a UV machine and told me they should be fine. I went back outside and they were not. They still did not transition to get as dark as I need them to be, and paid for. I was told, they will order another pair with the correct level of transition, and sent me home with the wrong ones. That was over 2 months ago. Three weeks later, no email, no call, I stop by to see if my corrected glasses came in. They said oh yea, but the fame came broken. No one called me to say this. Another day I had to push work to handle this. At this time, I paid to get a different frame. As I was leaving, the staff member says, "be sure to bring that pair when you come in next time'. Ok, I did not respond, and walked away thinking "this are wrong anyway, why would I keep them if it was their mistake and they don't serve me well. Another 3 weeks passed and no call, no email. I go in today to find out and my glasses are just sitting there. The staff thought it was funny to make light of the fact that no one has called to let me know glasses are there. I tried to explained what had been happening, not because I needed an apology, but because I expected more professional service from the store we've spent thousands of dollars in glasses over the years. I was wrong again, they thought it was a funny to joke around the issue and start blaming each other while laughing in front of me. The staff apologized, but kept talking on top of me, so I stop explaining. Then says "there's a note to be sure to collect the previous glasses". I said, ok there's a note about collecting the glasses you made a mistake making, but there's no note about calling me when they ready or correcting the mistake. I don't need or want glasses that are not made they way we paid for health reasons. Meanwhile, I've lost time coming to the store unnecessarily and been dealing with headaches and discomfort because someone made a mistake (which anyone can make), and don't have the proper training to problem solve respectfully and professionally. I'm confident, this store will not be my choice again. If you choose this store be sure you have time to spare, fill yourself with patience and keep expectations low.

Worst service ever, unprofessional Doctor. He didn’t listen to our concerns, we wasted our money and ended up going somewhere else and getting a new prescription, everything they did was wrong. Don’t go to this place your going to loose your money and your insurance benefits like us. First time & last.

Lost store ever. Rude on the phone and was told if I had questions to make an appointment. When I come in for my appointment everyone just stands there awkwardly and I'm like okay? They get my information wrong and say they can't find my insurance....well if your putting on the wrong info I'm sure. After picking glasses the sales person just stood there staring at us. I'm like can I buy these.....just alot of hurdles to jump for no reason, so rude, awkward, unhelpful...I finally just was like ill go somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. Feels dirty and the employees are unprofessional.

I only paid $15 after insurance.
I'm not sure, I used Imed. They did my glasses incorrectly and then tried to convince me that my eyes have to adjust to the blurriness even though I told them I can't see at all with the glasses, then they blamed it on the doctor saying that he must have gotten the prescription wrong. Needless to say I requested a refund, this was the 2nd time, the first time I had the transition line way to low and told me I just needed to tilt my head back more. Who drive and read with their head tilted back so far that they are looking at the sky? I went home and ordered glasses offline, not only were they cheaper they were correct. So please do your research
