Called before I came and asked if I could cancel since I was very ill and possibly had Covid. Refused to cancel with refund. Got to hotel and it literally made my skin crawl. Dirty outside, broken windows. Gave me attitude when I had to check in late due to illness. Room was very dirty. Unidentified suspicious stains, chipped paint everywhere, and just unclean. Almost everything cosmetic could be fixed in a day, so it seems it's just from straight laziness. Makes you wonder if there are insects or rodents around too with this level of neglect. Beds were comfortable. Lady was friendly at front desk. Place was run down and could use a good cleaning. Baseboards looked like they had mold on them...nasty!

Serious hidden gem here in flagstaff. Really sweet girl working the front desk. The rooms are fantastic on the inside. Amazing waterfall shower head from the ceiling! And the best part is you have a Texas Roadhouse and a nice gas station across the street and a Dutch bros. Coffee within walking distance. If you’re in flagstaff; Go. Here

Stay somewhere else!! Very shabby motel. Especially for the rates. The floors were in terrible shape, cheap linens and awful pillows. Furniture is outdated and in rough shape. The bathroom has mold, cracked toilet, scratched up/stained sink. There's not much sound barrier between floors or rooms so expect to hear everyone else's movements all night long. Looking for a decent place to sleep and get a good nights rest... it's not here! I've stayed in older hotels that still keep up with cleaning and maintaining their rooms, this one was pretty rough. Would NOT recommend anyone stay here. Pay $20 or $30 more and stay somewhere nicer.
