The service was really good! We had booked only for one night but wanted to extend our stay upon check in and it was immediately taken care of! The staff is always welcoming and smiling. The pool is clean! The rooms are big and clean! We asked for extra towels and got them within few minutes! The location is really good too, plenty of supermarkets and places to eat around!

When checking in, person let us know that we needed to pay for breakfast at front desk prior to eating. We were out most of the day and came back to sit in the jacuzzi and pool. In the photo when visiting the website for hotel presented the pool to be a bit bigger. Photo was deceiving. Pool was kind of small but we still enjoyed it. Bed was too firm, did not really get a good night sleep. Felt like I slept on the hard floor. I had kids who were needing breakfast to be paid for as I had only paid for 2. I went down to front desk and the lady at front mentioned that it was to be charged to room. So there some misinformation. Breakfast was really good, we filled out tummy. Check out was at noon which was helpful for us to get ready at our pace and not in a rush. Enjoyed the staff friendly demeanor, the pool, jacuzzi, laundry room and time.

If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would. RUN to another hotel, there are many next door and right across the street (other Hiltons or Marriott). I've never been spoken to so rudely in my life. The air conditioner did not work, when I complained to Toby, the GM he offered me an item from the marketplace or 1,000 points, so maybe $5 for my troubles aka NO AIR CONDITIONING. He lied and said since I used a "member advance purchase rate" he couldn't refund or discount my stay. I ended up calling Hilton corporate line to deal with the issue since Toby was very condescending in the way he was speaking to me. I'm an avid traveler to both Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt and have never had to deal with someone like this. I felt like I was being discriminated against for being a young woman, who he thought was stupid enough to think $5 was all he could do and then to be told it was my fault because I didn't notice until I woke up sweating at 2am, when the maintenance staff was no longer on call. However, when I woke up at 2am to turn down the air, it was set to 50 so clearly the person before me had an issue and the housekeeping staff never checked, like they normally would, to set it to what their normal unoccupied room temperature would have been. Additionally, the beds were very hard, the sheets slide off the bed all night long and the hotel doors slam shut very loud. The only somewhat positive thing was everything else in the room was clean except the fridge, it had some nasty gunk all over the front of it.

What on Earth is happening with Hilton properties? They seem to really be going downhill. The parking lot is so covered in ice that it's ridiculous. We were sliding all over and almost hit a parked car. My husband slipped in the parking lot. And about 80% of the parking stalls are full of snow so nobody can park here. We have to circle the building 3 times. It's so ghetto! Who doesn't clear the parking area for their guest?!?!?! That is extremely unsafe. They'll be sued eventually. Will be calling Hilton to report this. The beds were hard as a rock. Possibly made of concrete. Pillows are super flat. The halls are ridiculously hot. And the walls are super thin. The person next door was dropping bowling balls all night. So annoying! There was nowhere to park when you check in. Had to park in a Handicap spot for a minute because there was nowhere. The room reeked of stale cigarettes. So much so, it gave me a pounding headache. I absolutely hated this hotel.

The pool is open, by reservation only and 10 people max are allowed at once
Hi June: Thanks for the questions. The inside dimensions of the shower are 60x32 which should accommodate your shower wheelchair. The bench does fold up and out of the way along the back wall. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
The Grand Canyon is an 1hr and 30 min to 2hrs depending on how you go. You can take the scenic route down to Sedona, which is about 1hr away. Both are great day trips. Be sure to stop at the Galaxy Diner if you like diner food.
Hi Gwendolyn: Unfortunately we are not currently running a shuttle. Flagstaff has a few Taxi company's and also Lyft and Uber operate in town. I would suggest try and schedule something in advance as the cab and ride share company's are struggling to keep up with demand during peak times.
