I've lived at the crossings over ten years its a quiet friendly clean complex. The Office staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance staff respond quickly and very professional while repairing any problems. Its very family friendly and residents are charming and polite.

Nice and quiet. I have great neighbors and it's easily accessible to Las Colinas and the rest of Irving.

Never trust the leasing staff here,Worst apartment and worst manager ever met in my life. Lost my $100, peace of mind and time following up with them. Its obvious they are cheating. I would give negative stars if there is an option. I was not willing to write such a bad review until the manager Chrispa talked so rude when I asked for encashing the money order that we already took in their name. They encashed $300 and sent us $250 cheque charging admin fee without informing us. So the story goes like this. We booked an apt with them and paid all the fees and money order for deposit. They promised us to provide a 2b2b apartment and processed the application. We kept asking for lease agreement and they never let us sign until we had 10 days for move in. When it was just 10 days, the staff sent a mail to us informing we will not get our apartment as it is roach affected. When I called them, they said the apt won’t be available for more months(I seriously doubt whether that’s the true reason or they just cheated us). Issues we faced because of these guys: 1. We lost our peace of mind and had to search for an apt in the last minute. We couldn’t get one of our choice and budget in a week’s time. 2. The money, energy and time we spent in visiting apartment multiple times and the application fee, money order fee and the fuel used for travel. 3. Talking to a completely rude manager who made us run into a very bad situation. My advice is never trust these guys until you move into an apartment booked with them. Last minute they might tell apartment is not available and they might rent it for better price. Apartment looks pretty decent from outside for the price. But they are roach affected and the property manager is the worst.
