This might be the best government building I've been in. The front desk was super helpful as was the woman who helped me file for a temporary certificate in the inspections department. There was no wait and I was done within 10 minutes. I recommend going in verses mailing or online. You get everything you need right away.

The easiest building permits office to work with in DFW. Most permit offices have bad attitudes and unreasonable expectations. These are some of the friendliest folks to work with and they are helpful in every way.

This is a big thank you to Peggy the building inspector who has personally called me twice in regards to the leaking roof in my apartment. I consider that apartment my home, and especially when it comes to major issues like the roof leaking I don't think it's crazy to want to know what is going on. Sadly the apartment complex views giving a resident information as "special treatment". Thank you so much for calling me Peggy and explaining the situation. I am totally grateful.
