I am waiting in—what looks like a line, but the lone gentleman behind the counter has fully communicated with each of us in the store, and is tasked at accomplishing each of our needs at a pace which reminds me of the Flash; I quite literally am blown away. This is one of the most OUTSTANDING customer service experiences I am, in the moment, still enjoying. Thank you!

Joel is awesome! I went in today and was nervous about the process as I normally just use USPS. I entered and stood in line but was immediately greeted by Joel who was assuring me he was nearly finished with the previous customer. I told him no worries and he continued to work with a smile on his face. Once it was my turn to get assistance, he immediately apologized for the wait (totally unnecessary because I waited about five minutes, if that). He was so kind and patient and completed the packaging with care and efficiency along with excellent customer service. I observed on his name tag he worked for FedEx since the 1990s! Well FedEx, you got yourself an amazing employee!

Barbara and Greg were amazing! I had a big size scooter to ship and fedex was my last hope to find a big enough box. They had a huge box and were able to make it fit my items just right. They had great customer service skills even though its a stressful season and an even more stressful year. I'm pretty sure I stayed a little past closing which I didn't know, but they never made me feel rushed. It gives me peace of mind that my items are in the hands of friendly people. Would highly recommend coming here for your shipping needs.
