So far, I've worked with these folks on two different occasions and they've been nothing but professional and honest in our interactions. Their business model seems to avoid predatory behaviors that I've come to expect from many businesses. Rather, they do a diagnosis and then offer a quote for the work that they would do and wait for your permission/agreement with the work before they do it. All in all they're going to continue to be who I use for cell repair work.

Take it to the Apple store in Portland with proof of ownership (receipt of original purchase, etc) Apple store technicians are the only ones who can unlock an Apple device that had been reported as stolen through iCloud.
If they do you should use them, because they are awesome.
You need to call them and find out they replaced the screen on my Samsung and it cost me $40

Not sure. But the cellular phone place on corner of main st and 14th across from 7eleven and grocery outlet. Guy there use to do that.
They are very fair and skilled. Generally a better deal than other places. Descriptions can be subjective. Maybe take a photo of damage from another phone and email if you cannot bring in. In all fairness without examining damage, like any mechanic it will only be an estimate until seen in person. Good luck! You are in the right hands.
