I lived at heights on Perrin for about a month I was so happy to finally have an apartment I thought things were going to be so great there until my apartment was shot at, they made me leave my apartment after a month of me begging them to replace my sliding door for the longest time anyone could just walk right in my apartment if they wanted to the apartments refused to replace it or look at the cameras to provide any information as to what happened I'm guessing because the cameras did not function. They told me eventually after I refused to pay rent that I had to move out of my apartment due to being involved in criminal activity they didn't give me any type of notice at all and now I have thousands of dollars being reported to my credit report. I'm truly disgusted by this I thought the apartments were going to help me through this endeavor but instead they villified me and left me out to dry

I would not rent here ever again. They pay a company to take a blower and blast your car with dirt sand and rocks. Where they are blowing in the photo is a rock area behind parked cars next to back wall. Myra the manager I believe in my opinion is horrible she thought this was ok. I did contact you also you did nothing, told me I had to have proof well here it is.. And in retaliation you sent me to collection after move out. I have video of my move out I will be seeing you in court it looks like. I have not even been gone 2 months never sent a bill no phone call ect. You are trying to ruin my credit so I can't live anywhere. Not cool. Lots of stress you have added but I think it will be taken care of in the end with all the documentation I have! Renter beware,I would not lease from t.i community! I leased apartment for two years payed all my rent. Moved out with I. 20 days of move out had collection company calling me. I left my place cleaned out no trash have video to prove this. Horrible experience. Do not rent here this could be you.... they vandalized my car as well from maintance using blower in a rock area blowing rocks and sand on cars!

I never a company that when you put in a work order for a stove that keeps catching on fire, and management do nothing about it. The management team they had before these people was the best. People at the Clayson really miss them, if you had a problem they don’t ignore your email or make you feel like you don’t need to call them.
