**UPDATE** 9/22 I was blatantly lied to regarding my reservation. They’ll give your reservation away and lie about their attempt to contact you. Customer service has gone down the drain here. Quality customer service and extreme ease in the renting of a vehicle. I highly recommend this location!!!!!!!!

Second time I made a reservation within a week, with no car available after the reservation was confirmed. I showed up at the time reserved to pick up the vehicle only to be told they didn’t have any vehicles that day. If your company is in the business of renting cars, make sure you have cars before you agree to rent them to customers, seems easy enough. Not recommended.

You can check on line it depends on the car size and I know you will need more than 3 days to do it.
Yes, let the rental company Know that you will be going into Canada, I didn't have to do anything special, but they need to know. I used Enterprise.
Usually they will pick you up if they have a driver available to do so. As long as you're not terribly far away from the location you plan to rent from, and they have a driver available, they will send one out to pick you up. In my experience, they have a driver available 9/10 times.
When you get a quote and it sound good to you just book it , you can always cancel if you need to change it.
Jeeps are great. However, if you are going to drive to someplace with a lot of steep hills (like WV or VA), I would NOT recommend Jeep Renegade for that.
