Horrible place had to call vector control and housing authority just to get attention from management. Now tried to screw me out of deposit got a lawyer they offered me a check out of court yeah no this place needs to be shut down. Zero stars if I could .

The office staff members are very rude and lack any professional understanding of how to manage a complex. They will give you the run around when it comes to them reimbursing upon move out and won’t return your phone calls.

Do not apply here. The manager is terrible about documentation, if you need an update be prepared to call about 100 times to actually get someone on the phone (don’t even bother if it’s a Monday). They will say a unit is available, or coming available, and when you call in a week after no updates you’ll be told that the apartment hasn’t been vacated and they don’t know when it will be. The application process was a nightmare, and good luck getting straight answers. Drove up to tour an apartment, had to wait hours for someone to show up to the front office to be immediately told that the unit you came to view had been rented and they just didn’t call to let me know that it was no longer available (over an hour’s drive for me). Be wise, don’t rent from this place.

This place is a scam. They will take your application and holding fees and then leave you in limbo about if you get the apartment or not. Then when you try to cancel, you do not get your holding fee back, even though my wife and I were promised if we decided to cancel that we would get that back. Poor management is often not in the office and more calls go to voicemail than are answered. Don't be fooled by the price, there are safer places to trust with your money and time.
