I've been a resident at Montana apartments for over 5 years and since they change leasing companies and owners it's been great. The entire complex looks fantastic, and the ladies at the office are freaking awesome.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! They don’t tell you that this entire complex is infested with roaches.. They’ve sent people to my house to spray and I’ve used raid , both were unsuccessful. Since the pandemic started, they’ve raised rent and created more unnecessary fees such as $500 extra dollars per pet. There was no pet fee up until a few weeks ago.

Over priced no security car is garage is constantly getting broken into they have no cameras and they seem to make no attempt to improve the situation. when your items get stolen all they do is tell you that well your insurance should take care of it I would never recommend this place to anybody
