My husband made it to the Barstow store before 5 to pick our package up and no one answered the door. Unbelievable they say they put the military first. But we asked for the package to be redelivered because we couldn't be there on the military post and they wouldn't make an exception. So he drove there to pick it up and they didn't answer the door.

Yes they can track a package. The tracking number should be on the receipt.
