Easy place to get to, waiting area is ok, they have vending machines and a tiny sandwich shop open during the day only, only negative point is the drunks and junkies that sometimes hangout there always asking for a cigarette or change, other then that not a bad places to take the train to Boston.

Yes, there is an app called MTicket by the MBTA, download it and find the fitchburg line and it will show you all the schedules and everything.
It's usually late most of the time not sure why
