Make sure they explain the charges apparently there is a cosmetic side & a medical side for the billing and they cannot predict what will be covered. If you dont know the right questions they will take full advantage of you. It’s wrong & our medical system should be ashamed of themselves!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I had several appointments here and never felt that they truly cared. Appointments as if they were just rushing to get to the next person. It really feels like you’re just a number here. I was sent to treat a skin condition out of the 4 visits she had only looked at my legs once but kept insisting on treating my face (which was easily cured by an at home regimen). For $100 copays it would be really nice if at follow ups she even looked at the area I was referred for. The women at the front desk is so unorganized and just as unprofessional as Sherri Ashton. She has mixed up my insurance paper work with another patient and has even asked if my work is hiring before. Any other dermatologist is a better choice than here. Seriously save your money and find any other doctor who cares about the oaths they took and are not just in it for the money.

While I have been a patient for two years, today was hugely disappointing - from a Customer Service standpoint. I was supposed to have an 8 AM appointment this morning. I called on Monday and couldn't get through. Each of my 5 attempts were on hold for longer than 10 minutes. You cannot call this location directly, as they must use some sort of call center. I called again Tuesday morning (they told me they are INUNDATED with calls every Monday) to ask if I could bring my two kids with me to my appointment set for Wed. AM at the Londonderry office. They checked and said OK. I show up to the office this morning on time, walk in and was told the following from the office manager/"receptionist": "Oh, you're here to see Megan? (Yes. I replied) That appointment was cancelled and we tried to reach out to you on NOVEMBER 12, 2021 but your voicemail box was full." Wow. It is March 17th, 2021. No one tried to contact me more than once to reschedule. The customer service representative that I spoke to on Tuesday morning didn't say ANYTHING to me about it being cancelled. Customers beware.

The staff were quick and attentive to my scheduling needs. They were also able to recommend a facility that would suit my hours of availability for lab work needed after my visit. Upon departure a prescription was already filled for me. I received quick and courteous service I would recommend to anyone. Treatment is working well and the staff have been very attentive and genuinely caring about my progress.
