Hello I have a question,when you require a $100 hold deposit on an apt ,and you don't meet the requirements or if you do but changed your mind, do we get our $100 back or do you keep it thank you..

You supposed to get it back.. I applied with three other people for an apartment and I didn't get approved so they say ... They sent me a check I tried to cash it and couldn't because they put three people names on it. Every bank and store I went to said they could cash it... Long story short .. I never got my 100 bucks back and they had stopped answering their phone for next also... And before I got the check ... They wouldn't answer my calls . I had to go up there to get it back..
