Hello my name is Joseph Gillooly,I go my my other name Yusuf..My first time there was December 2019 on 3 Mount Airy for a few days..Then I came back March 17 2020 due too below the knee aumputee on my right foot I once again was back on my favorite floor 3 Mount Airy until April 16 2020..Thanks to all the wonderful nurses on 3 Mount Airy especially MARQUERITE..Then I came back for a 3rd time first I was on the 4th floor because I got covid.so I was on there for 12 days then I got moved to the 5th floor and met the BEST NURSE WHO WORKS FROM 7PM-7AM HER NAME IS RHONDA.But all the other nurses were great..Thanks again for LEE & AL FROM PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR HELPING ME GET BACK O MY FEET.. Was in caring heart about a month ago for about eight days it's true this place is horrible bugs if i new how i would put a picture up of bugs was on 5th floor thank god i had a air conditioner in my window cause it was hot i had to wait hours and hours for pain medication even one male nurse lied to me about pain medication he said he got it from someone else's and he said it's a 10mg oxycodone plus he gave me 2 extra for waiting well i googled the pills one was a 5mg oxycodone the other 2 don't no there was nothing on the pills sorry caring heart for that review i based that Manley on the first day i got there all in all i would of giving it Atleast 3stars

The front lobby personnel were courteous but the staff member handling visitors was rude & abrupt (first visit, Sept 2021) Upon my third visit there I was treated as politely as was possible. All of the staff I encountered could not have more helpful if they tried. I feel so much better about my sister being there

Nice and clean. No odors when I visited 5th floor. My love was very hungry. He said that his doctor asked the Cafe staff to give Him double portions. But unfortunately they don't always comply. The alternative meal plan, that is suppose to be available daily, is misrepresented. That meal plan posted in the patients room really is not ever available. So that being said, I can't say that this is a 5 star business.
