I was very pleased with the care my mom received at Liberty Center. The nurses and CNA's were attentive and caring and when my mom pressed her call button, the response time was quick. That cannot be said for other facilities. We worked with the social worker as well who assisted us quickly and efficiently.

Number one the food sucks Everything they serve is cold wet and soggy Both of my ears are plugged up and nothing will be done about it I cannot hear out of either ear I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

The DON here is very unprofessional no structure in the building she treats residents and staff like they r below her I wouldn't recommend anyone to send there family here with her on staff

This location needs better management. I have a relative here that's currently on long term care. I just spoke with my relative yesterday, 6/27/2022. He has yet to be given a date to return home nor the associated therapy which would speed his return home. I spoke with the social worker on site and she was not very helpful. Anyway, I'd suggest not using this place for your loved one.
