It is with great sadness to see what immaculate Mary home has turned into , it once was one of the best places for people to live and work…it’s just a Hollow shell of its former self my fathers experience was so horrible for the 8 days he was there before I had him removed, he never was washed up by staff, only when I did it, the place smelled like urine , it was so dirty…My father also sat in his bowl movement overnight…9 pm to 6 am…I reported the problems to supervisors, social worker…my father was getting weaker by the day instead of better….the day I had him sent out he was to the point he couldn’t even hold his water cup up to his mouth and then I noticed his foley bag was filled with blood ….so apparently no one was worried about a man who has kidney problems ,it was obvious something was going on…..I write this with such regret because I loved working there for 11 years….it’s just so sad…I feel bad for the residents and the workers . there are still some good employees left in immaculate Mary that stayed since I have been gone….I can only imagine your daily struggles and stress working there…..Poor immaculate Mary

This place is a disaster. Patients left alone in the room for hours. Family members revert to changing sheets and cleaning bathrooms. It's disgusting and dangerous. Management is unresponsive and neglectful.
