These people will not communicate with you. They have a computer answering system that we direct you to call waiting, AND .... THEY WILL NOT RETURN CALLS.

Disgusting, they should be ashamed of themselves. I really hope that their family members are never treated the way that mine has been. Abused by another patient and no one seemed to care. Wasn’t reported to family for hours and had a very condescending attitude when family tried to go in and handle the situation after pulling their mother out of there. Not one word from the facility to see how she was doing after her assault. They do not care about patients/residents. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!!

I’m giving it a 3 star place bc my brother has only been there for less than a month and everyone that I have spoken with were exceptionally nice and caring. We moved him to be closer to family bc where he was didn’t even deserve one star it was a pit. He is in a clean place now and someone can go up each day since we’re closer to him. There is no perfect nursing home facility in my book you just need to be aware of your loved ones surroundings and visit often. He is in better spirits here than where he was at the last place. As a family you have to be their biggest advocate when they can’t be their own.

ZERO STARS. My Grandmother was treated horrendously while in rehab here. Do not send anyone you LOVE here. Makes me SICK that elderly people are being treated this way. To the administration-you disgust me.

There are no set visitor hours. But they just ask that you remain quiet and respectful of the other families when it's later
Yes, address it to the person's name and look up st john address.
My loved one has recently been placed there, this doesn't give me a whole lot of hope!
You can donate it to the facility
Admissions
Usually till 8. But you can go anytime as long as you don't wake resident
They allowed 2creepy looking men to visit a resident at midnight.they carried on woke me up.i expected staff would at least escort them off floor,,call supervisor,,and security.. finally one of the AIDES THRU THEM OUT......THEY DID NOT GO PEACEFULLY.THE AIDE THREATENED THEM WITH POLICE.....THEY LEFT
The best thing for you to do is visit their website and click on the "career" link to view available positions. You can also call them and ask to speak with someone in the Human Resources department. Ask if they're hiring for a position you qualify for. Best wishes to you!
