LOUD PACK
Ha. Just did two 13 hour shifts here. What a dump, my patients call it a prison. A heavy demonic influence is over this place. Why would you send your loved one here to die is my question. One patient said her daughter is a doctor and says that meds should be given consistently. Which I would agree, I’m just shocked a loving daughter that is a licensed doctor would send their mom to this place. The ancillary staff aka CNAs, hood boogas. Disrespectful towards nurses and anyone they believe is trying to make them work. A few racist patients making disparaging remarks to nurses about their ethnicity. The administration is selling this place so they don’t care. It smells like pee. What else, they have bugs so bad omg. The flys and no see elms are unbearable. Several flys flew into my face while giving needles, that is dangerous. It’s honestly no bathroom for staff to use, it’s disgusting there. Glad I didn’t waste cute scrubs on this place.

If I could put a negative 1 than I would. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!! If you want your family verbally abused and forced there medication then this is the place for you. Nurses, aids, agency patients are all at one time or another belittled by a certain someone in there. This place is a disgrace. The DON laughs at you when you report an issue, especially if it's with one of the nurses , she must not believe in safety of the patients there. The administrator accuses people of exaggerating on incident reports. I have enough knowledge to know that this place is not adequate as far as there "special" staff goes.

I picked up a shift here through a staffing agency I have to say I was impressed and I don't usually write reviews but this place is by far one of the cleanest facilities I've stepped into! I was given a walk through by one of the aides she had no problem with showing me where everything was and telling me about each resident I had on my assignment. Most places you barely get a hello out of half the staff. The ppl I worked with on my shift was super cool and we helped each other another thing you barelysee when you come in as agency staff. They had plenty of supplies linen was a little short but every facility is having the same issue. The residents were very nice as well as the supervisors . I will definitely pick up here again.

I don't like to leave negative reviews. It's taken 2 years for me to get to this. During the the height of the pandemic I had a loved one here who was dying of cancer and moved here when recovering from a recent fall + covid. The neglect and lack of attention to detail made a terrible time even worse. We moved her out as quickly as we could. Even on her last day as we were on route to pick her up - despite her being a high fall risk - she was left unattended and fell. Please - avoid unnecessary heartbreak and stress and avoid this place if possible.

Hi @shadeea grady. I will be the new activities director at fairview care center. Is their any comments you have on that department or the activities staff. So that i may be aware of it when i am in office.
I have the same question. I have called there several times to speak with Nathan and believe my calls are being redirected from speaking with the adminstrator. Especially whomever is taking the will keep you on hold when incoming calls are questioned what you are calling about.
My response to your question is once you've left your message and given ample time for response. Refer your complaint or question to the Director of Nursing. I will even go as far as to say when you seem to have any problems, physically appear at the facility. I try very much to be as involved as I can.
