My father was placed in here to gain his strength back. They walked him 1st morning for about 20 mins. That’s been it. Late with medicines but every time you walk by there standing at station. The point of him coming here was to gain strength and there letting him just rot away in bed in dingy room. Food is awful. Such poor care.

Working as a nurse here was not a good experience at all, they use a lot of agency nurses and nurses aides because no one wants to work here on a regular basis. They have one nurse doing the work of 2 and they think that’s ok because the ones making the rules don’t work on the floor with the patients. The place is dirty and they’re always out of meds and supplies the patients need, the med carts are an absolute unorganized mess, cluttered with medications of patients who aren’t even there anymore, and things that are just never used. They have a unit manager on each floor but she doesn’t do much of anything besides sit in the office all day long and expect the charge nurse to do everything that she’s supposed to at least help out with. I wouldn’t recommend anyone work here or send their loved ones here because they won’t get the best care.

I have been at Lombard st promedica 3times since last October 1st and 3rd visits were good. 2nd visit organization was in COVID rebound I am a rehab patient now My medical care has been 4 of 5 nurse practitioner Jennifer is tuned into my care and deserves a shout out Floor nurses Brian and Bobbie deserve a shout out. Nothing is too small or too difficult a problem great nurses and good hearted people The therapists are also 4 of 5 OT is great. Ernesto and Briana are super. And deserve a shout out. Also good hearted and good people. I have not dealt with other OTs. Physical therapy is also super heather (aka Rachel) and Emma, Missy And Justin deserve a shout out. Also good hearted and good people Care provided by aides I rate as 3 of 5. Sada deserves a shout out. Also good hearted and good people several others deserve a shout out but I do not know their names. Problem that gets them a three rating is inconsistency. Personal style over quality patient experience Food has been poor.especially 2nd visit. Rate at 3 of 5. New dietician. Food much better quality and presentation. Serving food inconsistent. Have to ask for too many things after tray is delivered understand food service is a difficult task. Support staff pleasant and helpful
