Positive: It was decorated nicely. Different than a bigger hotel stay. Friendly reception. Negative: Our bedroom. I had room 304. There was black mold above the shower in the bathroom. The bathroom tub faucet leaked like crazy when you used the shower, resulting in bad pressure. I was already unpacked when I noticed these things and didnt want to move.

I have stayed at this hotel previously when they first opened and it was amazing, the cleanness, food, staff, and the decor is absolutely gorgeous. This time around we used a 3rd party for our reservations and did not get was i expecting and there was nothing the hotel could do since i did not book with them and had to cancel 24 hrs prior with the 3rd party. I wanted a "double room" since i had 2 adults, 2 pre teens, and twin 1yr olds. We ended up getting 1 room 😕 the lady at the desk was absolutely beyond amazing! Her name is Ieesha(not sure on the spelling) and I can say she took care of my family very well! The breakfast was not like it was before with the selection but still decent saying it was continental. All 6 of us got what we needed for morning fuel both mornings. The cleanness was not exactly up to par but was informed that there is new housekeeping when i brought it to a staff members attention. I will stay here again in hopes of good changes brought back!

I really enjoyed my stay, check-in was easy. The staff was genuinely friendly, the artwork was cool (not your typical hotel fare) and the lobby decor chic. Convenient to the interstate but far enough not to hear the noise and close to several dining options. Other than the restaurant/bar not being open I have no complaints.

The woman checking in was clearly not meant to be in customer service. Room had major water issues leaking from the walls in 3 places. Room wasnt very clean. Hot tub was barely large enough for 2 people. This was our last stay here for sure.
