I needed an oil change while I was traveling and Googled oil change in my area and this was the 1st place that popped up. It's in kind of a cramped spot so I wasn't a 100% if we Just drive right in or not so I parked on the side and walked around to the front. When I got around I saw there were two employees and one vehicle in the two bay area. I waited to be acknowledged and was ignored by both employees. The one employee that was working with the vehicle glanced over at me a couple of times but continued to ignore me. Now I didn't expect for them to drop what they were doing and come running over to me but they could have at least said we'll be with you in a moment some kind of acknowledgment. So I sat there and waited for a little while longer and the other employee finally came over and asked me if I was with 'them'. I said no and asked if we just drive around for an oil change or not, because I wasn't from this area and didn't know for sure how their business worked. As I said that he mumbled something turned around and walked away. I called after him excuse me, because I didn't know what he said. He just kept walking and went down the stairs and under the bay area. I stood there completely ignored and super confused because no one was actually helping me. The other employee continued to ingore me as well. After waiting a few more minutes I left and went to a different business and was treated much better.

The service was always good, till this time. It is supposed to be free service since I did full oil change and transmission last time ( I have the proof, and I showed him that ) and it’s mentioned that the top off for free. That was not the case, I paid 96$ and he intentionally put the wrong milage, knowing that I told him the right milage, He just added 1 mile to the old one ( he panicked when I told him why putting the same milage ) .Imagine that! That’s really not cool for such big company. They just rip me off! I am usually a cool and calm guy, but I never had such situation, and I am going to post in all your social networks so people do not get ripped off ! You can check my old milage, it’s the same, he added just 1 mile!!!! That’s crazy.

Ive had great service here, last time wasn’t, did not check lights, fluids, almost missed tire pressure. Hit and miss

Oil Changers Inc. does not replace head light bulbs, or bulbs of any kind for that matter; not do they have any on hand for purchase..
