We just moved here from Pennsylvania and could not be more pleased with our place. Diverse, friendly neighborhood in a beautiful area. Lots to do in walking distance. Jonah checked us in and was fantastic at her job. Appliances work and the washer and dryer appear to be new. Can’t say enough about how much we love it here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Truly wish I wasn't writing a second review (one on their Facebook), but here we are again. If I could give this complex 0 stars, I would. Not only have they let many of my maintenance issues go on for weeks, they even left one open on my last day because there was no use. Any "emergency" to them would never be handled as an emergency. After finally leaving, I was not explained about my deposit process and how it WOULD NOT come back to me directly, but in the form of a collections department trying to get my money--instead I was told that final bill would be my utilities, however, they locked me out and I couldn't pay it from the account since I was no longer a resident. Not once was I told this would be happening when I first signed and walked through, and not once was I told this as I was leaving...nor did I have anyone walk through my apartment. I have a video of my last day with a walkthrough after going over everything that was cleaned from top to bottom, so an added fee from them of something was outrageous. Already left a review on BBB, but seriously, DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will mistreat you and they just want people to move in.

Update: I gave a higher rating than before because The manager reached out and got everything figured out with me. Although the following is still true they at least reached out and put in some effort to getting my Rent problem handled. They are sending a bug guy out next week so we’re hoping for the best. My apartment was flooded for 3 days and no one came out to fix it. The place has bugs EVERYWHERE, discoloration in the walls and appliances. The appliances work half the time. The office staff (barring one assistant manager) is horribly rude. We’re first time apartment owners and this so the worst experience. They took a partial payment on 8/1 for our rent and did not advise us that utilities kicked in so we had no idea we had to pay. Mind you I also did not know they had an online website I could access to see rent. So I’m old fashioned bringing in checks to them every month. On 8/17 I got an eviction notice so I called the office. It then led to their employee telling me not to pay the charge because I’d have to pay it next month anyway? So I proceeded to not pay the charge. On 8/19 i got charged for a LATE FEE after the gentleman on the phone said he would put a note on the account about the mixup. I’ve sent emails and have called them numerous times but since I don’t get out until 6 pm I haven’t been able to get in contact with the office staff. My wife is pregnant and about to bring my child into this world. I cannot and will not have my kid in a bug/problem infested home.

This is the worst place to live on earth, management don't care about there tenants, it's infested with roaches, you can never reach the m in the office! all they want is there rent, . Greystar management company need to be sued along with the owner. Oh, and ignore the owner response, that's just a hired secretary to write that all day!

Yes there is a lot of plumbing problems there and they do not notify you so you have to take your chances with it.

What are the pool hours and is it even open right now

The pool hasn't been open in 2 years. They opened for a few days last month and closed it again. They don't even tell you why. There is nothing for kids to do here.

This property management company is suppose to be Goldstar, I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against these people. All they do is tell you a bunch of lies, then secretly bill you for fees. This is the bait an switch tactic. Brian left now the person who we need to speak to is Kelsea. When I spoke with Kelsea she told me I needed to speak to Kierra and that she was sending her an email about my situation. The following day, when I cam in to speak to Kierra, the front office said she was on a call. I said "I'd wait". Kelsea was with another resident. When Kelsea finished, she saw me she went right inside Kierra's office and then came back to tell me she could not see me. I was livid. I drove from Henderson at 4:30 in traffic, so I told her i wanted to make an appointment, she pretended to look for an appointment, then said they were closed. I will be going back, everyday until I speak to someone. So people, if you want anything done in your apartment, SEND IT CERTIFIED MAIL.

I pay $1050 base rent for a remodeled one plus the water, sewer, trash. We also pay for one animal. It's averaging about 1200 a month
