I want to thank Fernanda for being a great manager here at the Canyon Creek Villas she has made living here at these Condos a great living experience. Felipe is always nice and welcoming once you walk into the office. And the maintenance men fixed the leak in my bathroom in a good timely matter as well as my A/C unit got replace as soon as possible and we where provided with small A/C unit inside our home until our new A/C unit arrived.

Moved in June place is great love the jacuzzi tub in masterbed room. Its not noise. People work around here. For some condominiums I give it a 5.

These apartments are getting worse as the years go by. Trash cans are always full and trash everywhere on the ground. Bugs invading apartments with no consistent upkeep. You have to put in a work order every week to get your apartment sprayed lol.
