I received a bill for not paying a toll. I was sure that I had paid, and left a message for customer service. Customer service called me right back, noted I might not have waited for green light after paying toll, and cleared it. Very good, professional customer service. And very much appreciated.

This is a very nice park with paved walking trails around the marina. Trails go out to the jetty and river beach. It's easy to find, access, and exit. There's plenty of parking space at the marina office and on both sides of the marina. The marina itself is full service and has the typical shore amenities / facilities. Dogs are welcome on leash, but there's plenty of room for running and retrieving which we did. You must be considerate and clean up after your pet. If you found this review to be helpful please consider adding a thumbs up. 👍

Their toll bridge picture incorrectly identified my vehicle. I called customer service and they were able to clear my invoice and take care of the problem in less than 30 seconds. Mistakes happen and they took care of it faster than most.

Received a mysterious bill in the mail for passing through this toll booth, all the while my husband and I were 5 hours away in our home town, and if we were to venture that direction, would never have used that route. This is a SCAM!!! If you receive a notice in the mail that you owe a fee, DO NOT RESPOND at all! They want you to send them money (with your bank information or your personal account information) or they want you to include proof from the DMV that you own your car (which includes your cars unique VIN and registration number) and that it is insured and you claimed it stolen for that date (giving them your insurance policy number). Again, DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS LETTER IN THE MAIL AT ALL!
