This Company is horrible at refunding Administration fees as stated I paid in May and was told I would receive a refund in 30 days, it is now August. They claimed they had the wrong address and were putting a stop payment and issuing, that I would have it in two weeks. I am still waiting!!! The next move will be to report them to the BBB and other relative agencies!

Since leaving reviews seems to be the only time I hear back from the leasing office, please use my experience as a fair warning to any potential residents.... We put in 10 service request tickets in between 6/27/22-7/1/22. Maintenance tickets should not remain outstanding for TWO MONTHS!! We spoke to Rachel - from the leasing office - on 3 different occasions between July 28th and August 10th! Each time we were informed maintenance would be out within the next week. It is now August 19th, and guess who still has not seen or heard from a single maintenance person?? The worst part is that we see the maintenance staff riding around the property in golf carts everyday, chit-chatting with residents and each other or rushing to "prepare" a vacant unit for potential new tenants. But there seems to be no sense of urgency for the residents who currently live here. The could be a really great place to live, but the carelessness of the leasing office has made our experience memorable for all the wrong reasons.
